TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller: BROOSKETTE (see Legal notice).
2. Prices: in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs shown before payment.
3. Order: confirmed once payment is accepted. A confirmation is sent by email.
4. Payment: by card, or in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, subject to acceptance by Klarna.
5. Delivery: see our Shipping page.
6. Right of withdrawal: 14 days after receipt, without having to give a reason. Free returns from France; return costs are at the customer's expense outside France. Refund within 14 days at most.
7. Warranties: legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and guarantee against hidden defects.
8. Personal data: see our Privacy policy.
9. Disputes: French law applies. In case of a problem, contact us at hello@brooskette.com to find an amicable solution.
